We want you to know that in addition to great customer experience, our number one priority is the health and safety of all our employees, customers and members of our community! Our Sales Department is now open by appointment only and will have a Manager and some staff on duty to assist with any of your sales needs. For our local customers who wish to maintain social distancing, we can even bring a test drive to you and/or complete the transaction at your home or office.
As we all feel the increased impact of COVID-19, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep people safe, protected and healthy. Our dealership has heightened its cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our customers and employees.
We’ve instructed employees who are not feeling well to stay home and monitor their symptoms, and required employees to maintain safe social distances in all customer interactions. We will continue to monitor guidance from federal, state and city governments and we will update our business practices and policies accordingly.
In addition, we recognize the importance of maintaining your vehicle and keeping it running at its best. Our Service and Parts department is open for business and we are still servicing all makes and models. To help our customers and the community we are offering a pick-up and delivery option for your vehicle to service. We will also bring test drives to you and make the accommodations to purchase the vehicles from the comfort of your home.
