I was charged for a diagnostic and then they never performed the diagnostic. At first they refunded half my money. And I was fine with this because they told me they thought it was a simple battery problem . Then my car ended up shutting down at an intersection in the middle of the night--obviously not a simple battery problem. So I returned to continue the work they started, and they assigned me a new representative and tried to charge me another $380, talking about their work isnt free. Being a customer here has been a pleasure here. From the staff in the sales associates to their managers all professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I would like to mention that Roger goes above and beyond all the time and spends time to make sure everything is explained, understood and taken care of. Quick and easy servicing. Communicative. The price was a little crazy but I can't blame the service workers for that. All very friendly.

Took my truck in for a recall, which was fixed much more quickly than I anticipated. It was a pretty big pain to figure out the rental car situation, but I don't pin that on the service center. That said, as a long time patron of this dealership I'd like to see that process smoothed out considerably. Hunter was fantastic.

I was very disappointed with the communication from the team. I had dropped my car of for an electrical issues weeks before and was told it was fixed. I turned the car back and explained what I believed to be the issue. I dropped my car off for an appointment on Monday. I heard nothing from the team for days. I would definitely recommend Pouria sales guy. Not finance annabel was super rude, that's why I put a 3 star if not it would've been a 5 star very Rude and unprofessional.
Service writers are incompetent and lied to me about repairs, technicians also not capable of doing their jobs properly. Tried to contact the service manager on several occasions which was not successful. Seems like he is well insulated from the problems of the service department. Last visit was better because it was for a recall however I had a simple with a warning light which he could have easily fixed for me but instead told me it would be $300 for a diagnosis. Ended up fixing it myself. Very poorly run department!

The work was done professionally, everything looks excellent, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Hilbert was especially helpful throughout the entire experience. He communicated clearly, kept me updated, and made sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciate the great customer service and quality work.

Although both NOx sensors were replaced my truck still doesn’t pass SMOG in CA as I seemingly must drive 3000 miles. I asked for a forced regeneration under guarantee, or other help but NADA!

The advisors are great and I’m sure they have said rules that they have to follow and they was very helpful. Unfortunately, your dealership was not helpful when I needed your help when I had my car since 2014 I had same concern over and over and then nobody found it until after I was over my warranty and packed my any kind of a service limit but at this point is very hard to actually recommend anybody to come to your center, but I still do because I like your advisor
It took three weeks to diagnose and replace the Intelligent Battery Sensor. That doesn't seem appropriate, and it took numerous interactions with Stellantis to have the issue resolved. It was also the second time at the Service Center for the same issue. The issue had to elevated to Stellantis to have a rental vehicle for the period of service.
Wonderful people to work with, verry helpful and kind. They know there business. I will only go to Glendale Dodge for service and vehicle purchases!
